Kanawha institute for Social research & Action, Inc.

The Kanawha Institute for Social Research & Action, Inc. (KISRA) was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1993 by Ferguson Memorial Baptist Church.

KISRA serves and empowers West Virginians through an array of education, employment and economic empowerment services.

The organization currently serves the following West Virginia Counties: Kanawha, Putnam, Cabell, Fayette and Raleigh.
