Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently manage a small family planning clinic.
- Communicate proficiently with other staff members, patients, clinician, and outside referrals.
- Any/all responsibilities within the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice may be required at any time during employment in this position.
Job Requirements:
A Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid WV license. Management experience helpful, but not required. Must have reliable transportation, be willing to travel locally, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
Effectively and efficiently implements workforce readiness, parenting, healthy relationships and financial fitness curricula with adult, non-traditional learners at community-based and correctional institution sites.
Administers pre- and post-surveys and other evaluation instruments.
Gathers performance measures data and conveys them to Data Manager.
