Since 2003, KISRA successfully ran West Virginia's only federally funded fatherhood program. Since that time, the program has empowered thousands of men with the skills and resources they needed to succeed has fathers and providers.

Effective November 1, 2015, KISRA will be wrapping up the Pathways to Responsible Fatherhood Initiative and will be launching the groundbreaking WV ReFORM Initiative. The new initiative will be a continuation of the Pathways program.
